This 8-hour, HUD-certified class will show you what to expect in the home-buying process, including shopping for a loan, special programs for first-time homebuyers, the house search, inspecting and insuring your home, and maintaining and protecting your investment. This class will be live on Zoom since we are not doing in-person classes at this time.
Based on your responses we would recommend that you sign up for a HomeBuying 101 class where you’ll learn what to expect throughout the home buying process. This class is an all-day Zoom class on a Saturday. PLEASE NOTE: The Homebuying 101 class is for registered clients of Portland Housing Center. The registration fee is $99 for the LIVE ZOOM class. Signing up to take this class here does NOT automatically register you as a client.
