Here you will be able to see your balances, check on past payments, and make online payments from your bank account in one place. 1098 tax statements are also available for viewing and downloading, starting in 2023. Ifyou are currently enrolled in automatic monthly payments, these will continue without interruption. If you are interested in enrolling in automatic payments, please contact us.
Your initial login will be as follows:
Company ID: PHC
User ID: Your PHC account number. Please include any leading zeroes. This information is included in your monthly statements.
PIN: Last four of your Social Security Number (if there are multiple borrowers, try them both before reaching out for assistance).
When you log in for the first time, we encourage you to change your PIN to something more secure.
