PLAN: You’ll meet with a HomeBuying Specialist to assess your situation, help you develop a home buying plan, and determine how much you can safely afford. We’ll pull your SoftTouch credit report, and also match you with any special programs you may qualify for.
LEARN: Based on your situation, we’ll recommend financial and/or home buyer education courses that provide you with all of the information you need to make smart homebuying choices.
FINANCE: Meet with our Loan Officer to find the best, most affordable loan for you and to get pre-approved.
BUY: Shop for a home that meets your needs - and your pocketbook. We have a list of trusted Realtors and Home Inspectors to guide you in negotiating the best deal. Your HomeBuying Specialist is available to review your documents with you before you sign on the dotted line!
PROTECT: Come and take a class on home maintenance and repairs, tax issues for homeowners, and building a strong financial future as a homeowner.
