You will be provided with the appropriate registration link and/or information. There is a $50 registration fee which will apply toward the one-on-one counseling session.

Sign up for and complete the Framework Self-Study Course with PHC. There is a $75 fee for the Framework course.

You will receive an email confirmation from Portland Housing Center to schedule your one-on-one counseling session after the Framework Self-Study Course has been completed.
