This program caters to those who have purchased their home and are ready to maximize the benefits of homeownership. It helps homeowners become more knowledgeable and learn how to build and protect equity in their home through group workshops, one-on-one post-purchase counseling, and resource sharing on important topics like home repair, estate planning, and energy efficiency.

Currently, the Homeowner Success Program is limited to previous clients who utilized Portland Housing Center resources to purchase their home. However, we are excited to expand eligibility soon!
