Portland Housing Center is looking for a person who loves looking at budgets and financials. Are you our next Finance Director?

The Portland Housing Center seeks a Finance Director. The Finance Director will lead financial management and analysis related to strategic planning, budget development and alignment to our strategic goals. They will manage the agency banking relationships, investment portfolio, short term cash management, loan servicing, information technology and human resources. This position will have direct ownership over all financial functions of Portland Housing Center paired with a strong partnership in strategic planning.  This person will have 3 direct reports and build a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate must have Finance Director level experience or responsibilities in previous employment opportunities. A minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience and team leadership. A strong strategic program implementation history with the ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and work ethic that includes a history of service for others. See full job description.
